A Message from the Owner…

Robert Lloyd

Hi, I'm Robert Lloyd, Managing Director of Windward Computer. Welcome to our company’s redesigned website; we are committed to providing you with the best possible customer service! If you have any questions or comments, please contact me:

Mini-Bio: Robert J. Lloyd

After a couple years at Ventura College and five years at Patagonia. I attended night school and learned drafting and computers. Beginning in 1989 I began my five years at Trus Joist Corporation as a draftsman and engineer, and returned to night school to learn graphic design.

In 1992 I bought my first Apple computer and started Windward Art Studio, beginning my career as a graphic artist and computer technician. Windward Computer began in 2001 and now offers social networking and marketing solutions for businesses.

Clients since the early '90s include Dragon Associates Inc. (Classical Fighting Arts karate magazine and Tsunami Productions martial arts DVDs). I've also worked since 2002 as Art Director for Visions of America, LLC, managing the images of photographer Joseph Sohm.

About Robert Lloyd: Robert is an avid outdoorsman and environmentalist and enjoys hiking, camping and sports. Other pastimes include astronomy, mineral collecting, gardening, and using Macintosh.

Robert’s artwork is on display locally at Made in Ojai, 323 Matilija Street Suite 101. His passion for Ojai and the outdoors inspires him to create detailed works in watercolors, oils, pen & ink, pencil drawings and stone sculpture. He is currently focusing his efforts on detailed ink drawings with watercolor washes. He also produces striking digital composite imagery.
